Do you have a passion for supporting families and helping children thrive? We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Parent Educator.
As a Parent Educator, you will partner with families to provide guidance, education, and resources that promote healthy child development and strengthen parent-child relationships. You’ll work one‑on‑one with parents, facilitate group sessions, and connect families with community supports—all while empowering them to be their child’s first and most important teacher.
Key Responsibilities- Provide home visits and/or office-based sessions with families to support parenting skills and child development.
- Deliver evidence-based curriculum and activities tailored to each family’s needs.
- Facilitate parent workshops, support groups, and community events.
- Complete documentation and maintain case files in compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with schools, social service agencies, and community partners to support families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in an educational or social service setting.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Starting salary is $44,000; however, if you have a Master's degree $50,000
