Instructional Aide Substitute

Make a meaningful contribution as an Instructional Aide Substitute, supporting students in Chicago area schools with per diem, as‑needed opportunities. This flexible role allows you to help students with classroom tasks, provide individualized assistance, and ensure a positive learning environment.

Hourly rate: $18.00

• Assist teachers in the delivery of instructional programs.
• Provide one‑on‑one support and instructional guidance to students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement individualized learning plans.
• Support classroom management by supervising students and maintaining classroom organization.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administrators regarding student progress.
• Document and report student observations and instructional outcomes.
