Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing specialized instruction and support in an onsite educational setting. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 17th to June 4th, 2027, in a welcoming school environment. The position primarily involves working with elementary students, along with a portion of middle school learners on your caseload.

Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- Active LBS1 PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- Experience with elementary-aged students; familiarity with middle school students a plus
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and adapting curriculum
- Ability to implement effective instructional strategies for diverse learning needs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students’ individual goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and interventions to students with a variety of learning differences
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports as required
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure optimal learning environments
- Engage regularly with families to foster positive home-school connections
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.05 to $53.05.
