We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our Gas Programs team. This is a hybrid role based in Cedar Rapids, IA or the Chicago metro area
, with a mix of in‑office work and remote flexibility, and regular site visits as part of project execution.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers, gaining hands‑on experience and technical mentorship in underground utility and roadway design.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements while managing scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

• Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually.

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits.

• DOT, municipal, roadway, transportation, and/or utility experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Micro Station, or ArcGIS software.
