Maintenance and Technical Instructor – Expected salary range of $102,600 to $114,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Sr Maintenance and Technical Instructor – Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).

• Drive the clean energy center and personnel performance improvement through training. Develop, schedule, coordinate, and conduct performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
• Prepare trainee examinations and conduct trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate, and conduct counseling sessions for trainees, evaluate results, and recommend or develop individualized training programs.
• Participate in CEC support activities such as outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
• Assure training programs are maintained current and incorporate information from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports, NRC Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
• Support CEC and fleet in business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
• Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
• Participate in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepare responses to audit findings.
• Maintain knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
