- 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering.
- Strong leadership and technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to own, manage, and drive key initiatives & projects to create positive outcomes.
- Ability to recognize and engage key stakeholders appropriately to assist in creating positive outcomes.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience in product development and process improvement.
- Self-driven, coachable, and a desire to grow / improve as a practicing engineer and technical leader.
- Proficiency of process simulation software, primarily Honeywell’s Uni Sim software.
