Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Process Engineer of pharmaceutical/biologics process engineering experience to support a Life Sciences greenfield facility
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Aseptic Fill/Finish, Purification, or Blood Fractionation
, supporting process design, technology transfer, commissioning, startup, validation, and cGMP manufacturing throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support process engineering from design through commissioning and startup.
- Serve as System Owner for Aseptic Fill/Finish, Purification, or Blood Fractionation systems.
- Develop URS, review P&IDs, equipment layouts, and support equipment procurement.
- Support technology transfer, process optimization, equipment qualification, and process validation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Engineering, and OEM vendors.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ICH, USP, and EMA regulations.
- Support greenfield capital projects and process documentation.
- Pharmaceutical/biologics process engineering experience.
- Hands‑on experience in Aseptic Fill/Finish
, Purification
, or Blood Fractionation
. - Experience with process validation, commissioning, startup, and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA 21 CFR 210/211, ICH, USP/EMA regulations.
- Experience with P&IDs, process equipment, AutoCAD (basic), and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Bio, or related Engineering.
