Engineer, Fuels ​/ Project Manager

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineer, Fuels / Project Manager to lead fuel-related capital projects supporting reliable, sustainable energy delivery. In this role, you will evaluate and optimize fuel supply options, perform technical and economic analyses, and oversee end-to-end project execution-from scope development and budgeting to commissioning. You will coordinate with operations, supply, and environmental teams to ensure compliance, manage vendors and contractors, and track performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fuel-related capital and optimization projects for generation assets
• Analyze fuel supply options, performance, and costs to support reliable and economic operations
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Coordinate with operations, supply, environmental, and finance teams to align project objectives
• Manage external vendors and contractors, overseeing bids, contracts, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for fuel systems
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present findings to leadership
• Identify opportunities to support decarbonization and efficiency initiatives through fuel strategies
