• Assist guests with Cage operations, including check cashing, chip sales, credit applications, redemptions, and credit transactions, maintaining professionalism and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide high-level guest service, fostering a positive, fun, and entertaining environment for guests and team members.
• Count drawer at the start of each shift, verify cash, and document according to procedures.
• Issue chips and tokens for cash.
• Process payments for markers and record in the system.
• Deposit paid markers to the bank.
• Redeem complimentary coupons per procedures.
• Redeem chips or tokens for cash upon guest request.
• Cash checks within standard procedures.
• Handle payments, checks, front money, and safekeeping.
• Verify and process Main Bank buys for gaming funds.
• Manage soft count drops into the Main Bank.
• Prepare deposits for the bank.
• Balance the drawer at shift end.
• Redeem TiTO tickets as required.
• Take credit applications, run credit reports, and maintain credit files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 9-12 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and walk.
• Occasionally required to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity needed to operate equipment.
• Vision abilities include close and distant vision.
• Must be able to push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., occasionally.
