* Essential Job Functions:

*** Respond to guest and member inquiries related to services, features, attractions, promotions, and other special events offered by the Company
* Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes
* Process transactions related to slot operations, including jackpots, paper fills, wallet buys
* Monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor, remaining mobile and visible to guests
* Communicate with management when guests may have earned a complimentary meal or amenity
* Maintain professional radio etiquette
* Recognize and respond to minors in the casino
* Recognize signs of problem gaming an alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
* Support the integrity of gaming on the floor
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
* One year of experience in a casino gaming environment
* Demonstrate the ability to under and comply with departmental, Company, and all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
* Maintain effective working relationships with staff
** Physical and Mental Demands:
*** Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
* Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
* Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
* Ability to work in a noisy environment

Job Type: Part-time
** Base Pay Range:
** 17.00
* This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
