- Lead the development of the team’s gameplay strategy for a select title
- Serve as the primary game contact for the select title during the competition season
- Organize and schedule at least two hours of practices per week during the season
- Work with individual players to develop their game skills in the selected title
- Help build a cohesive competitive team consisting of one or more squads for the selected title
- Assist with recruiting new players and other special events.
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled at USF and in good standing
- One season’s previous experience serving as a team lead for a selected title.
- High-level game skill/experience in the selected title
- Previous leadership and/or mentorship experience
Preferred:
Previous competitive gaming experience. Eligible for federal work-study award in financial aid package
