• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax filings, with a primary focus on income tax compliance and consolidated tax returns.
• Research tax regulations, analyze complex tax matters, and identify opportunities to improve tax processes and compliance.
• Support tax provision, reporting, and planning activities while ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and auditors on tax-related projects, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Take ownership of tax work papers and filings, leveraging strong critical-thinking skills to independently resolve issues and drive solutions.

• 2–5+ years of public accounting or corporate tax experience.
• Strong foundation in income tax compliance and consolidated tax returns.
• Experience reviewing tax work papers or returns is preferred.
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
