Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Pricing & Sales Support team. This role will focus on monthly revenue reconciliation, forecast accuracy, and key revenue KPI tracking for the North American Truck and Bus business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, data analytics skills, and experience with BI tools and databases. This position offers high visibility to senior leadership and requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to set charge-out and inventory targets, minimize revenue recognition risk, and drive commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities- Deliver North American market revenue reporting (Production, Charge-outs, Orders, Deliveries) with insights on trends and performance drivers.
- Lead monthly revenue reconciliation and analysis of forecast accuracy and KPIs.
- Support the Sales team with financial and operational analysis related to revenue recognition rules and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders on inventory target initiatives to achieve ROS and Net Cash Flow goals.
- Perform analysis of the order board to support charge-out, inventory, and pricing forecasts.
- Support VP-Finance with ad‑hoc analyses to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage and maintain invoicing databases, respond to queries, and provide ad‑hoc reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of finance experience
- Master’s degree and at least 1 year of finance experience
- At least 5 years of finance experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and revenue recognition principles.
- Strong business acumen; ability to connect analytical insights with financial and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
