The Accounting Manager will manage and oversee the finance function for assigned business locations, working closely with local General Managers and VP Finance to enhance regional accounting systems, support the monthly close process, and deliver financial reporting and FP&A work streams. The manager facilitates budget and forecast administration and provides financial analysis and insight to support key business decisions.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5‑7 or more years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or consulting.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with business‑operations and finance leaders and other company personnel of varying levels.
- Ability to successfully lead projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi‑task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- An in‑depth understanding of the inter‑relationships between operations and accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge;
Service Titan and Sage Intacct experience a plus.
$112,000–$140,000
