ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Commercial FP&A Manager to support our sales organization and drive financial performance across customer and product segments.
This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership to provide actionable insights, enhance decision-making, and improve visibility into revenue and margin drivers. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis, budgeting at a granular level, and monthly performance evaluation.
Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Leadership to deliver financial insights that enable informed pricing, forecasting, and performance measurement across customer and product segments.
- Conduct Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analyses to explain revenue and margin drivers and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes at a granular level, including monthly performance evaluation and variance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to improve visibility into financial performance.
- Experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
- Experience with Price-Volume-Mix analysis and budgeting
- Ability to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
