Analyst to AVP – Loan Portfolios, Structured Credit & Investment Operations

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Schedule:

Hybrid 4-5 days in office.

Relocation: Relocation assistance available for non-Minnesota residents.

Jackson Lucas is partnering with an established investment platform seeking analytical, commercially minded professionals for multiple opportunities across front-office and middle-office functions.

These are high-visibility roles supporting loan portfolio investments, structured credit, transaction execution, portfolio management, valuation, and related investment operations. The platform is especially relevant for candidates who want to work close to investment activity while building long-term expertise in complex loan and credit-oriented strategies.

We are interested in speaking with candidates at the Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, and AVP level who bring at least 2 but no more than 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Residential mortgage credit, RMBS, MBS, ABS, CMBS, securitized products, or structured credit
• Loan portfolio analysis, collateral analysis, cash flow modeling, valuation, or pricing
• Mortgage capital markets, secondary marketing, prepayment, fallout, pipeline analytics, or portfolio analytics
• Fixed income research, credit research, investment analysis, performance analytics, or relative value analysis
• Buy-side, investment banking, capital markets, rating agency, valuation, advisory, or specialty finance experience
• Loan acquisitions, due diligence, transaction management, trade settlement, or transaction execution
• Residential mortgage operations, correspondent lending, underwriting, credit risk, or loan delivery
• Funding, closing, purchase advice, boarding, post-close coordination, document review, or issue resolution
• Experience coordinating across investment, operations, legal, treasury, accounting, vendors, and external counter parties

• Established, well-capitalized investment platform with a long-term track record and strong institutional backing
• Multiple opportunities across commercial, analytical, transaction, and portfolio-focused functions
• Rare access to front-office and middle-office seats tied to loan portfolios, structured credit, and investment activity
• Meaningful exposure to senior professionals across investment, operations, valuation, legal, treasury, accounting, and business leadership
