- Own recurring financial reporting deliverables.

- Lead R&D financial planning, aligning investments with engineering priorities and business objectives.
- Act as a business partner to Engineering leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
- 4+ years of experience with strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- 4+ years of experience with an excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security.
