Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
How You Will Contribute- Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
- Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
- Work with donors to resolve concerns.
- Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
- Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
- Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Frequent bending and reaching.
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Hourly Wage Range: $24.53 - $33.73
