As an Activity Aide CNA Certified, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational activities and programs. Your duties will include:

• Program Development: Create and execute engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents

• One-on-One Interactions: Foster meaningful relationships and provide individualized attention to our residents, promoting socialization, emotional well-being, and overall satisfaction

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences, and evaluate program effectiveness to make data-driven improvements

• Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and certification

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
