Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Neuroscience (CAPLYTA) within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, covering the Great Lakes region (Illinois and Wisconsin).
Objectives:Serve as a scientific and clinical expert, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, providing objective medical information, and supporting scientific exchange to advance neuroscience therapies.
Responsibilities:- develop territory engagement plans
- build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- facilitate scientific dialogue
- support investigator-initiated studies
- provide insights for strategic planning
- ensure compliance with regulations
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or Advanced Practice Provider) with relevant postgraduate experience
- 2+ years in an MSL or relevant role preferred
- therapeutic expertise in neuroscience (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, autism)
- proficiency in data analysis, clinical research, and cross-functional collaboration
- ability to travel up to 70%
- Neuroscience focus on CNS disorders
- post-approval product support
- engagement in scientific exchange
- experience with AI tools for decision-making
field-based with significant travel in the Great Lakes region; compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate policies.
