Responsibilities
The Benefits Coordinator will track and maintain all leave of absences. This includes getting appropriate medical certifications, sending appropriate correspondence, and communicating with employees within the framework of FMLA, CFRA, and all other applicable regulations. Responsible for 401k plan administration. Tracking benefits deductions in HRIS and making appropriate adjustments. Reconciliation and payment processing for monthly benefit invoices. Sends appropriate communication with regards to benefit updates and changes.
Answers all benefit related questions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree required or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration required.
- Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, etc. preferred.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $31.86.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
