Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives
• Build diverse talent pipelines
• Evaluate and select qualified candidates
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and industry trends to support hiring decisions
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships
• Promote a positive candidate experience
• Support employer branding efforts
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting practices
• Deliver effective, cost-conscious talent acquisition solutions

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years full-life cycle recruiting experience
• Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking activities
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Organizational, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions
