• A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in information security or a related field
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as CIRCIA, HIPAA, and GLBA
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and responding to security incidents
• Knowledge of security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents across various platforms
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to address security vulnerabilities
• Maintain and manage security tools to ensure compliance and effective daily monitoring
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to integrate security operations and ITIL processes
• Develop and update security documentation, including knowledgebase articles
• Manage security-related tickets and support stakeholders effectively
