Technical Account Manager (Contract)

Chicago IL, Reston VA, New York NY (Hybrid 2x onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technical questions, manages client relationships, and partners with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in technical account management, implementation, customer success, or a similar client-facing technical role
• Experience supporting marketing technology, advertising technology, SaaS, or other technical platforms preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for technical support and issue resolution
• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Provide client training and ongoing support
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
