The Scion Group LLC seeks an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for IT requests and to perform dispatcher duties, ensuring issues are logged, triaged, and assigned to the right technicians.
Responsibilities include service desk support, ticket management, and coordinating workload across nationwide remote sites from our Chicago headquarters. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills are required.
