Senior Associate, Multilingual Process Management

• Oversee and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality translation services across the organization.
• Apply and enforce standardized processes and tools to maintain excellence in all translation projects.
• Identify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and output.
• Maintain clear, timely, and proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders regarding project status, best practices, and system updates.
• Facilitate and manage meetings effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and seamless project execution.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience in translation project management
• At least 2 years of experience in business process, project, relationship, or risk management
• At least 2 years of experience using Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
• At least 2 years of experience with emerging translation and interpretation technologies
• Professional proficiency in one or more foreign languages (Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, etc.)

Demonstrates expertise in translation project management, utilizing Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. Maintains effective communication and stakeholder alignment while driving process improvements for team efficiency.
