Repair Technician

Repair Activities

• Repair products returned by customers, including packaging tools and equipment
• Provide technical support to customers through email and over the phone
• Offer solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns
• Act as a resource for departments by answering questions and supporting repair-related needs
• Coordinate parts and repair estimates

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus
• 2+ years of customer support experience a plus Core Competencies
