Production Planner; 1st Shift

As a Production Planner, you’ll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring that receiving, picking, and shipping are always on time and spot‑on. You’ll be the go‑to person for customer requests and the link between our operations and external customers. • Pay Range: $57K - $72K
• Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm)

• Analyze & Adjust – Use data to track trends, make real‑time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.
• Resolve & Improve – Tackle product shortages head‑on. Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.
• Customer Service – Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.
• Communicate & Lead – Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.
• Yard Management – Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Strong Communicator – Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
• Tech‑Savvy – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Problem Solver – Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.
• Detail‑Oriented & Organized – Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with process automation or advanced communication tools is a big plus.
