Responsibilities- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement; experience sourcing indirect categories (e.g., IT).
- Strong analytical, sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems/People Soft.
- Demonstrated time management, project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance with six or more years of sourcing or procurement experience; an equivalent mix of education and work experience acceptable.
- MBA or advanced degree and a professional Procurement/Supply Chain Management designation (e.g., CSCP, CPM) are a plus.
Salary range: $95,600 - $162,400 USD. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life and disability insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. A discretionary bonus program may include an equity component.
