In alignment with Com Well’s Mission, Vision, and Values, the Part-Time, Temporary Facilities Specialist plays an important role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of Com Well vehicles and facilities. This position supports the day-to-day operational needs of the organization by assisting with vehicle maintenance and building maintenance, repairs and general facility needs.

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for helping ensure that Com Well’s vehicles and facilities remain safe, clean, welcoming, and operational. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while responding to the needs of staff, clients, and the organization in a timely and professional manner.

3 Days a Week 7:30am-3:30pm

$18-20 per hour depending on qualifications/experience

• Minor vehicle repairs and service
• Vehicle trouble shooting
• Wheel chair lift trouble shooting and repair
• Vehicle monthly inspections

• Building and grounds maintenance
• Painting
• Minor building repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Serve as a backup bus driver

• High school diploma
• The ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions. Able to push, pull or lift 75 pounds.
• Age 21 in order to drive agency vehicles, Driver’s license, clean driving record and proof of valid automobile insurance.
