Compensation: $65,000 per year

Note:
Position is not remote and RJW does not provide relocation assistance.
The position reports to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. It may supervise staff assigned to shift, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Responsibilities include supervising all computer entry work and the paperwork flow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assign work for all warehouse staff in alignment with customer specifications.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of all shipments per customer specifications.
- Ensure staff meets customer requirements and update staffing as changes occur; train on any changes.
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries; implement required actions.
- Ensure safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors per OSHA and RJW policies.
- Oversee completion of all computer data entry; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assign duties, inspect work for exactness, neatness, and policy conformance.
- Maintain and approve shift timesheets for weekly payroll, including temp hours; monitor overtime to meet department needs.
- Perform daily building checks and notify management of equipment or building issues; assist with preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to AIB processes and training for handling food products; ensure related checklists are completed.
- Issue corrective actions or work orders to fix issues as needed.
- Ensure proper accident reporting and care for any injured employee; notify HR and management of emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Co-Pack Manager.
- Minimum 1–2 years of related experience and/or training in co-pack; minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
- Education/
Experience:
Associate degree or 6+ years of supervisory/management experience (with references). - Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write reports and correspondence.
- English language proficiency; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations; ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; compute rate, ratio, and percent; read bar graphs.
- Reasoning ability: solve practical problems, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions.
- Computer skills: knowledge of business operating systems, Internet software, word processing, and spreadsheets; familiarity with labeling software (Nice Label, Bartender) a plus.
- Physical demands: ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use keyboards and phones; regular indoor/office work; routine repetitive motion; ability to work extended hours when needed; ability to communicate clearly over telephones.
