Shift + Pay: 2nd Shift 4pm‑12:30am Mon‑Fri $60‑$65k/yearly

Position will report to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. Manage any staff assigned to shift including employee performance reviews and any disciplinary actions. They are responsible for the supervision of all computer entry work and all paperwork flow.

• Assign work assignments for all warehouse staffing, keeping in mind customer specifications.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of all shipments according to customer specifications.
• Ensure the department staff meets the requirements of each customer and that any requirement changes are updated and staff are trained on these changes.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries as needed, implementing any required actions.
• Ensure the safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors, in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures.
• Oversee the completion of all computer data entry as required, checking for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintain and approve all shift employee timesheets for weekly payroll, including any temp hours, making corrections as needed.
• Monitor all overtime hours to meet department requirements.
• Complete building checks daily, notifying the Co-Pack manager of equipment or building problems or preventive maintenance needed and assist with maintaining equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Ensure that warehouse employees adhere to all AIB processes, procedures, and guidelines, and that they have had the AIB training for handling any food products in the course of their employment.
• Assure that all checklists for building, equipment, and safety are completed as designated by the SOP or policy.
• Issue any corrective action or work order needed to correct or fix any issues.
• Ensure that proper procedures are taken with any accident reporting, handling the care of any injured employee, and notifying HR and management of any emergency actions taken.
• Perform assigned tasks or other duties as instructed by the Co-Pack manager.

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience and/or training in co‑pack.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS Software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
• Minimum of an associate’s degree or 6+ years of supervisory/management experience (with references to validate all 6 years).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English.
