Director Of Facilities

Position: DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
Director of Facilities Autobahn Country Club is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of our buildings and grounds. This role leads the facilities team, coordinates vendors, and ensures our property remains well maintained for employees, members, and guests. Will manage building systems, grounds maintenance, vendor relationships, and facility improvement projects across the Club’s campus.

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Facilities Team and support the EVS Manager and staff
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of grounds, including coordination of landscaping, snow removal, security, and waste vendors
• Manage building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical across more than 20 buildings and rental garages
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and seasonal facility preparation
• Support nearly 40 member-owned buildings with facility-related needs
• Plan and manage facility renovation or improvement projects including vendor coordination and budgeting
• Assist with operational support for events, track rentals, and other business units as needed
• Research, budget, and implement a Computer Maintenance System (CMS) to track maintenance activities
• Cross-train on track maintenance equipment to assist with operational support when required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in management or related field a plus
• General knowledge in one or more of the following areas preferred: HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or plumbing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage vendors, projects, and facility operations simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines Work Environment
