Position OverviewThe Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Justice Services is seeking a detail oriented and service focused Office Assistant to join our team. The role provides essential support in the management and maintenance of criminal history record information by ensuring the accurate flow, processing, and preservation of critical data. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, operating high volume imaging equipment, and performing basic upkeep on electronic systems to ensure continuous functionality.
It also involves retrieving and verifying information from microfilm to support record maintenance, research, and data integrity efforts. Through careful attention to detail and reliable operational support, this position contributes to the overall efficiency and accuracy of criminal history record operations.
