The Engineering Manager (Front-End/Back-End) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for fostering a high-performing culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. The Engineering Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering execution with business strategy, define and deliver on key OKRs, and drive forward-thinking technology solutions. This role involves leading talent development, staying ahead of emerging trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellence in execution for both Front-End and Back-End initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with strong communication and influencing skills, a deep technical background, and proven success in guiding engineering teams to deliver impactful results.
