The Group Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leads the strategy, programs, and standards that help keep our team members safe and our operations compliant across the Parts Town family of businesses. This role partners with leaders across the organization to build a strong safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Working at both a strategic and hands‑on level, the Group Director develops enterprise-wide EHS programs, provides guidance on key risks and initiatives, and helps ensure consistent execution across our distribution, fulfillment, and repair operations. Success in this role means creating safer workplaces, supporting business growth, and fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility!

EHS Strategy

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide EHS strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish company-wide safety standards, policies, and best practices.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance safety performance, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve operational effectiveness and reduce organizational risk.

• Lead, develop, and mentor EHS team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for EHS professionals across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership to align EHS initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Influence and support leaders at all levels in driving ownership of safety and environmental performance.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, and Engineering teams.
• Drive organizational change by championing EHS best practices and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Communicate EHS strategy, performance metrics, and key initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
