Painter - Weekday Day Shift

Shift Details:
Tuesday - Friday, 5 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $19/hr

The purpose of this role is to inspect pallets for defects, use a pneumonic paint gun to paint and stencil wood pallets following established procedures to achieve customer specifications.

• Engage in Safety to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met.
  • Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
• Improve and maintain Quality Expectations
  • Operation of the paint booth
  • Use a pneumonic paint gun to paint and stencil wood pallets
  • Make sure all pallets are painted to company standards
  • Ensure stencil work is done precisely and readable
  • Effectively communicate with management on equipment needs and repairs as they arise.
• Production Expectations are understood, achieved and sustained
  • Production-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned by site leadership.

  • Able to effectively work within a diverse team environment.

• Perform sanitation, “Clean as You Go,” and good housekeeping practices in the assigned tractor and trailers and as direct by site leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift.

• Experience in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work related experience preferred.
