Shift Details:
Tuesday - Friday, 5 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $19/hr

The purpose of this role is to inspect pallets for defects, use a pneumonic paint gun to paint and stencil wood pallets following established procedures to achieve customer specifications.
Accountabilities- Engage in Safety to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met.
- Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
- Improve and maintain Quality Expectations
- Operation of the paint booth
- Use a pneumonic paint gun to paint and stencil wood pallets
- Make sure all pallets are painted to company standards
- Ensure stencil work is done precisely and readable
- Effectively communicate with management on equipment needs and repairs as they arise.
- Production Expectations are understood, achieved and sustained
- Production-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by site leadership.

- Able to effectively work within a diverse team environment.
- Perform sanitation, “Clean as You Go,” and good housekeeping practices in the assigned tractor and trailers and as direct by site leadership.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift.
- Experience in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work related experience preferred.
