Production Line Lead
Location: Joliet, IL
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:00 PM Monday
- Friday), 3rd Shift (10:45 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday
- Thursday)

Qualifications- Education: A Diploma or GED
- Experience: Previous lead experience, food manufacturing experience preferred
- Physical Ability: Stand, bend, twist, lift up to 40 lbs, steel‑toe boots
- Teamwork: Bring your best attitude and help keep the line running smoothly

- Supervise and guide team members on the assigned production line to meet daily goals.
- Coordinate the setup, operation, and changeover of packaging machines and lines.
- Monitor production performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Communicate production goals and updates to team members and leadership.
- Address and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues; escalate as needed.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and GMPs.
- Maintain a clean and organized line by ensuring housekeeping and 5S standards are followed.
- Document production metrics, downtime, and any incidents accurately.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical. Pay is good.
