Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage inventory, including cycle counting and setting minimum/maximum parts levels.
• Label bins and parts accurately.
• Put away parts in their correct location from daily shipments.
• Maintain orders from time of the request, through quote (if applicable), adding them into CMMS (Maximo), tracking, and receiving.
• Support inventory requests for work order corrections.
• Update and maintain daily and weekly inventory reporting and tracking.
• Partner with customers on site on inventory requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree or related experience in parts and maintenance operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or maintenance distribution/manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to solve problems.

• Steep stairs to climb; routinely walk up and down stairs to navigate the automation structure.
• Work near railings high off the ground and in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 105°F.
• PPE required at times: hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, and fall protection harness.
• Capability to lift items up to 50lbs and move items weighing up to 80lbs.
• Stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours; frequently required to walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must comply with lock‑out/tag‑out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols.

Base hourly range: $22.60 – $31.21 (may vary based on experience). The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO, and additional benefits.
