The Operations / Manufacturing / Production Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day production or service center activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing or service processes. This role supervises teams, coordinates resources, and supports continuous improvement efforts. The profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ junior to experienced expert-level roles and is specifically aligned with small or medium‑sized organizations.

• Supervise teams and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Monitor production or service metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and logistics to support operations.
• Train and develop team members.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
• Report performance and issues to senior management.

• University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in production software and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and team‑building abilities.
