DuPont Group is seeking a Lead Production Engineer at their Joliet, Illinois site. In this role, you will optimize plant performance and solve complex manufacturing challenges for STYROFOAM™ Brand XPS rigid insulation production.
You will take the lead on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure high levels of product quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
