We are actively hiring Material Handlers, Warehouse Associates, Forklift Drivers, and Packaging Line Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, general labor, or warehouse experience looking to grow into a long-term role with benefits and career stability.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect returned products for defects, damage, or missing components
- Perform product testing (power on/off, functionality checks)
- Use testing equipment and tools to ensure quality standards
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare products for redistribution
- Perform packing, repackaging, and labeling tasks
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse workspace
- Support production line operations
- Handle materials safely using proper lifting and handling techniques
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines
- Stand for the duration of the shift
- Minimum 6+ months of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
- Experience with:
- General labor
- Packing and packaging
- Production work / general production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with testing equipment or quality inspection
- Familiarity with cleaning processes in production environments
- Previous experience as:
- Forklift Operator / Forklift Driver
- Material Handler
- Warehouse Associate
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
