Maintenance Manager

Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities
- Promotes and Demonstrates the Joliet Operating Philosophy of Safety/Health (including PQP), Environmental/Regulatory Compliance, Customer/Quality Commitment and Productivity, Cost Control and Asset Management within and environment of Continuous Improvement and Respect/Caring for all Personnel.
- Will direct activities in the plant in the absence of the plant or unit manager in terms of schedules, planning, work issuance, etc.
