Wage: $17.00 - $17.50/hour

Shift: 1st or 3rd (6:45am - 3:15pm or 10:45pm - 7:00am)

• Manage multiple production packing lines, ensuring they are kept running and not backed up.
• Follow detailed work instructions to package products in correct pattern.
• Inspect and count parts for quality control.
• Separate finished products and inspect for proper spacing and glue leaks.
• Lift window profiles (structural frames of windows) into boxes; profiles vary in size and can weigh 5-13 lbs each.
• Secure boxes properly, use team lifts when instructions state, into metal pallet skids.
• Perform basic data entry related to production and quality metrics.
• Maintain flexibility in work hours, including mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow; ask questions as needed.
• Execute tasks that involve twisting, bending, reaching overhead, and other physical movements required for assembly.
• Maintain keen eye for detail, ensuring color accuracy and high‑quality finishes.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel‑toe boots, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Ability to work on-site with experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to train across various production functions and support team success.
