Material Handler
The Material Handler inspects, tests, cleans, and repackages returned products to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards before being reissued. This role involves hands-on work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, supporting production and general labor activities.
Responsibilities
- Inspect returned products thoroughly to identify any defects or issues.
- Test products to verify that they power on and off correctly and that all functions and processes work as intended.
- Use testing equipment and tools to perform accurate and consistent product evaluations.
- Clean products carefully to meet quality and presentation standards prior to repackaging.
- Package cleaned and tested products securely so they are ready to be reissued.
- Perform general labor and production tasks as needed to support daily operations.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while handling, testing, cleaning, and packaging products.
- Maintain an organized work area and handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Communicate any product defects or recurring issues to the appropriate team members.
Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that is temperature controlled, helping maintain a comfortable setting throughout the shift. The position requires standing for the entire shift and performing hands-on tasks such as testing, cleaning, and packaging products. Employees work around production equipment and testing tools in a structured, process-driven setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Joliet, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
