Assembler​/Packer

Assembler / Packer position s role assembles components and packs filters per engineering drawings, maintains 6S standards and product quality.

• Follow basic assembly/packing instructions, processes and procedures.
• Maintain process cycle time to meet established standards.
• Consistently assemble and pack throughout the shift.
• Visually inspect filters for defects.
• Work on feet for the entire shift.
• Report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts to the Group Leader.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Cross‑train and work in all production areas as required.
• Work rapidly while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Be available for overtime on a daily/weekly basis.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Operate the Pleater machine to check correct slab size and quality.
• Operate production machinery.
• Support production assembly as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of stable work history.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
• Basic math skills, including measuring tape, multiplication of whole numbers, calculator use, and fractions.
• Must stand and walk for continuous periods of 4 hours per shift.
• Must handle products and reach with hands and arms repetitively during the shift.
• Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The role operates in office, warehouse, and plant environments, requiring the use of personal protective equipment in certain areas. Employees must navigate all departments of the facility.
