Ecolab's flagship Joliet, IL manufacturing site is hiring a Production Engineer to lead technical improvement on our large chemical blend operation. You will drive TPM, OEE optimization, capital projects, and collaborate with Engineering, Reliability and Production teams to elevate safety, quality and throughput.
You'll apply lean tools, foster a team-based culture, develop metrics, and deliver actionable improvements through structured start-ups and EEM-driven projects.
