Purple Innovation, LLC in Illinois seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing execution on a Thursday-Saturday shift (7a–7:30p). You’ll partner with Line Managers to meet safety, quality, throughput, cost and uptime goals, while building an engaged team through visible floor leadership and continuous improvement.
You will drive staffing, 5S, and Lean initiatives, review attendance, manage inventory and production planning, and report progress to senior leadership.
