- • Lead a portfolio of accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other eCommerce platforms
- • Manage client relationships and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels
- • Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention
- • Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities and improve sales and margins
- • Define optimal media channel mix, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Video
- • Execute award-winning campaigns
- • Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy
- • Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media
- • Educate clients on retail and media best practices
- • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
- • Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements
- 2-3+ years of eCommerce, client management, digital marketing, or data analysis experience
- Strong background in paid search (PPC), DSP/programmatic activation, or multi-channel media strategy
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon's advertising ecosystem
- Advanced data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative
- Passionate about Commerce and retail media with ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Hired candidate must complete a background check
- Must work in the office a minimum of three days a week
Demonstrates expertise in eCommerce account management, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis to drive sales and optimize media performance. Proficient in developing integrated campaigns and educating clients on best practices in retail media.
