First Presbyterian Church - Joliet seeks an Installed Associate Pastor to oversee children’s and youth ministries, young adult and family programs, and to participate in worship leadership. The role includes mentoring staff and volunteers, planning curricula, and providing pastoral care.
You will lead weekly gatherings, coordinate retreats and mission trips, and represent the church in worship and community involvement, reporting to the Session via the Lead Pastor.
